Forgive your Father for his failures; You owe it to yourself

Bob Mann Season 1 Episode 3

Breach of contract. Your father did not meet your expectations. You imagined the things an ideal father would say and do. Your father did the thing and said the things that he heard his father do to him. There was no written or verbal agreement, yet you are hurt, bitter and angry that he didn't live up to your fantasy. He had no training nor was he aware of the ideas you had in your head. If this were a business arrangement we would call this a breach of contract. You might be suing your father for damages but you are walking around with unforgiveness. Forgiveness is not for the offender, your father, it is for you. Forgiveness is what you owe yourself!!
